We have one large room (with built in) in a 2 bedroom flat. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The unit is walking distance to beach, easy access to city, bus stop right outside.
The rest is $140 a week plus bills
Room is available 25th March, as I am moving out. You will be sharing with one easy going guy.
