Hi I have a large room in a great 3 bedroom house only 4km from the city and sea. Looking for a friendly clean and considerate housemate. There is a resident dog so you must love animals as she loves people. I consider myself an easygoing person who loves a chat with a cup of tea. Im fairly healthy but still love good food and wine.The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and one bathroom (but there is a second toilet outside. Its pretty well fully furnished except for the bedroom available.There is a large yard that includes a veggie patch fruit trees and hopefully soon a regenerated chicken coup. There is also a small creative studio attached to the house.
