I have 1 bedroom available in my unit in Camden Park room size is 4.0 x 2.3 metres. Its a medium sized room. Rent is $135 a week, inclusive of ADSL. Other utlities will be split accordingly. Food will be done separately also. The room will fit a double bed nicely. You need to provide your own linen/towels and bedroom furniture but the rest of the house has everything you should need. Street parking available only.

About me: Im 28, female, single, work fulltime and study externally. I have a kitten but hes my responsibility only. I generally keep socialising to weekends only as week days are spent wokring/studying. I enjoy a few drinks and going out to dinners etc but im not in partying anymore. Im pretty down to earth, friendly, respectable and reliable. Im not heaps anal about cleaning or anything but im like to keep things reasonably neat and tidy.
