About the house: Contemporary, open plan living in close proximity to beautiful Brighton beach. The house will be mostly furnished including all appliances If you have other furniture, I’ll try to find a way to make it fit. The bedrooms and lounge room are carpeted and the rest of the house is tiled. I have a well-behaved, 4 year old pug dog and I’m sorry, but no other pets are permitted. Extra costs include shared internet, gas/electricity, water and occasional gardener.
About me: I’m Tiffany, mid- 30′s, outgoing, professional, forward thinking, financially responsible, like to have dinner parties, travel often. I’m mostly busy and quiet during the work week but enjoy socialising and getting out on the weekends. Physical fitness is a big part of my life and so is eating well and often. I like to cook, entertain and enjoy meeting new people. I also enjoy my personal time and will respect yours. I keep the house clean and will require the same (in the common spaces).
My ideal housemate: is mature-minded, responsible, clean, communicative, open, gregarious, fun, good humoured and consciously evolving. You know- an all-around good person. I like to be entertained so talents are a plus (kidding)! It would be great to share cooking/meals- but we don’t have to. Please don’t bring the party home on weeknights and no live-in partners, or full-time students (short-term guests are plenty welcome). I’d prefer a non-smoker, but if you must, then please do so outside. I’d also prefer to share with a woman but a man who meets the above criteria is also welcome to respond.
If this sounds good to you, then please send me an email or call and tell me about yourself:
Name, age, occupation, why you think you’d be a good fit by addressing the above and lastly. a pet peeve. Mine is leaving dirty dishes in the sink when the dishwasher is empty.
Ready, Set. GO!
