I am a single woman with a 2 year old son and I am looking for someone(s) to fill a couple of the rooms I have sitting empty. I have a large dog a snake a lizard and a bunny so if animals arent your thing then this probably isnt the place for you.Whilst I myself do not smoke I am okay with smokers so long as it only done outside and that you dispose of your butts thoughtfully.I am easy going and friendly and simply ask that my housemates are considerate and clean.I have two rooms free. One is a double room under the main roof with a shared bathroom. This room is $130/week inclusive of utilities. The other is a granny-flat (of sorts – no kitchen) with an ensuite bathroom (shower only) and reverse cycle air-conditioning. This room is $150/week inclusive of utilities.The rates quoted are for single occupancy. A couple would be welcome but there would be extra costs for the utilities for the second person.Pets in the form of a cat bird reptiles or fish are welcome.
