THE HOUSE…This 1880 heritage-listed house is freshly renovated complete with new bathroom floating timber floors and shmick paintjob throughout. There is undercover parking for 2 cars and also a bay for about 7 cars across the street (at the park). The house has security doors and screens and solid brick fence perimetre. Another awesome thing about our house is we have a pretty big backyard which has some trees and heaps of native plants. Its really good for summer entertaining barbeques beers babes… whatever! There are THREE rooms available all large spaces with high ceilings. One room is a tad smaller than the other two though.One of the larger rooms has two built in single beds cupboard bookshelf and drawers (ie HEAPS of storage space). This room easily homes two people and would suit a couple of friends or siblings looking to cut the cost of renting alone. That said of course a single person is welcome :)Rooms are priced at $140 per week for a large room (or $160 share) and $130 for the smaller room. Utilities are split per person (not per room) at bill-time every three months. Bond is four weeks rent which of course will be returned to you at the end of your stay if you leave the house in the order you found it :)LOCATION…Our house is literally a minute walk to the bus stop which is in a GoZone so buses are always coming. Ovingham train station is 5 mins walk as is yet another bus route. There are shops/supermarkets/food/pubs closeby. It takes about 10 mins to drive to town or a leisurely 35min walk through the golf course.ME…So I am the only resident at this point in time! Im 20 and studying a double bachelor in natural health full time which is INTENSE but I love it. I am partial to a few brews when relaxing with my friends and a glass of red while studying never hurt anyone ;) Im laid back easy to get along with and I love to have a laugh.YOU…??Age gender and sexuality mean nothing to me and as long as you can offer the same respect to others youre welcome with open arms!
