i have a four bedroom house with 2 male roomates .I have one small furnished room with desk and bedroom suite for 100 per week . The second room is set as a double.The price of that room will depend on whether it is taken by 1 or 2 people. The house is quite roomy and has a large yard with plenty of parking. The arndale shopping centre is close by and there is access to public transport. still setting the property up ready for share roommates .I would expect tidy roomates who have respect for other sharemates.
