Area is well lited at night. and the owner loves gardening so he plants roses and flower beds all around the block. Very lovely area to live in. Especially in spring/summer u can smell the roses from the windows of your room. Been living here for almost two years but have to relocate interstate. Looking for nice flatmate to take over a bedroom which will end in March 2013 but you can extend your lease upon negotiation if you are happy staying here.
