The unit is close to shops and public transport both bus and train. The room contains a built-in wardrobe and dresser and has recently been fully furnished. It is an upstairs unit in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood. We have a community pool available for use. Rent will be $120 a week this includes utilities and ample broadband Internet.
