Hi my name is Tony.I have a house at St Marys which I have access to on 08/12/12.It will be a safe trustworthy normal positive home to live in.During the week Im normally pretty busy. I work full time from Monday to Friday and usually go to the gym after work.On weekends Ill be in and out up and down and I enjoy a drink although I enjoy other normal things too.There is plenty of off street parking and a large secure back yard with big fences.Busses direct to Flinders and Adelaide are less than a 5 minute walk and to drive they are 10 to 15 minutes away.Short or long term stays are fine.It is pet friendly as long as our pets get along (I have two dogs).The house is an older style basic 4 bedroom home with one bathroom. Heating and cooling is in the lounge room and an alarm.Im absolutely easy to get along with as long as you are too pay your way and do your share around the place. I am a straight shooter and up front but not rude by any means. A chat is good between housemates enough so that its not awkward but if we get along well of course we can hang out!!
