I have a two storey house on a large block in a quiet street close to transport shops and a walking trail. Two of four bedrooms are available to let each furnished with a pleasant outlook. There are two bathrooms two lounge rooms a modern kitchen a laundry with a washing machine and dryer plus a lovely courtyard for entertaining. I am quiet and friendly have several small pets and like to keep to myself. I prefer a professional or international student cheers
