One of the rooms can be used as a bedroom and the other your own private lounge room. Youll have your own private bathroom (with shower deep bath toilet and vanity/powder area). The house is only 3 years old so is modern and very neat and tidy. There is on and off-street parking available. The area is really quiet and there is a bus stop at the end of the street the Noarlunga interchange (for bus and trains) is a short walk away (approx 5 minutes). Colonnades a number of cafes/restaurants and Pt Noarlunga beach are all within a 5 minute radius of the house. Im quiet friendly and ideally would like to find someone who I can be friends with. Love a quiet glass of wine and a chat. Enjoy cooking and just chilling out. I love where I live and it would be great to find someone who could also love the house and area as much as I do.
