The three rooms for offer are the main master bedroom ($650) and two other bedrooms ($600 and $550) plus share of utility bills. The rooms are furnished though am willing to remove furniture if you have your own. The house has a DVD TV washing machine fridge (second fridge available if required) chest freezer microwave kitchen crockery utensiles.The house has ducted evaporative aircon and ducted gas heating to all rooms. There are two separate bathrooms(Freshly renovated since previous tennants) and two separate toilets. The floors in halls and living areas and kitchen have newly polished floor boards. The living areas are fully furnished with a lounge suite dining table and kitchen table. Three study tables are supplied BBQ is also supplied.People:I am a 34 year old final year engineeing student looking for housemates who are clean. I am easy going. Also looking for housemates with whom I would enjoy living with so must want to be social with other housemates and do not see it as purely a room rented in a house full of strangers. Pets are OK if outside pets and smoking is OK outside only. Would prefer other students undergrad or postgraduate though not a strick rule. I am looking for basically for one female and one male initially but this is also open to change for the right people. Depending on how things are I may look for a third. The house has four bedrooms. Which ever housemates come first will have a say deciding who the remaining housemates are as we live together.
