We are currently a house of 3 soon to be only 2. Looking for a new roommate. 2 rooms available (although we happy with only 1 more person and then a spare room). Single bed currently in bedroom. Full cupboards. House is completely furnished with everything you could possibly need. We have a large backyard that is excellent for entertaining guests. We have 2 small sheds to store excess furniture etc. in and an outdoor spa (if we ever get it up and running). House is just off of South Rd and close to bus stops. Not far from the new Hallett Cove shopping centre and a 10 minute bus ride to Flinders University and Marion Shopping Centre.I am currently studying full time and working part time (21 years old female).
