Im a 24 year old female student and part time worker looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom house with. There is 1 room available which is fully furnished including a TV. The house is modern with a nice courtyard area. The 3rd bedroom has been turned into a second lounge room so there is lots of privacy. Im a quiet person who studies and works a lot. There is a gym across the road which is handy and I get up early most morning to utilize this facility. Im looking for someone who is interested in a room for 3 months with longer term available if we get along and are happy with the living arrangements.
