We have a room for rent that will be free from early to mid July this year.
Currently has 2 females sharing, the 3rd is moving out hence we have a space to fill. The room is $125.00 per week, plus 3 way share in bills. Address upon request but is located in the Marion area walking distance to the Marion shopping centre. Both girls work and we currently have a puppy to keep you entertained. House is neat and clean, not extremely modern but very well maintained in comparison to most rentals. No bond would be required in consideration of someone looking to stay long term (12months, would consider 6).
