I am an easy going 50yr old male whose kids have just moved out of home. The house is furnished but the rooms are not. One double room with built-ins $130.00 and one single (still fits a double bed and robe etc) $110.00. This includes utilities and wireless broadband. The house is located in Hawthorndene 100 mtrs from the bus 5mins walk to Blackwood shopping centre and train. Close to Flinders Uni so would suit students but I am not too fussy.
