I am in the process of waiting for a handover to a new house just built in Edwardstown and am looking for two people to move in.Two large rooms are available both with built in robes. There is a bathroom that you will need to share with one other person as well as a large kitchen lounge room and laundry which you will have access to. Close to public transport and direct route to Flinders University and the City.The rent would be $130 per week unfurnished (semi furnished available at slightly higher price) plus a quarter of the bills.
