I am looking for one reliable person to share a three bedroom home with my housemate (Bek) and myself as our other housemate (Kath) has moved out on her own.The home is a circa 1926 Bungalow on a tree lined street with a pretty front garden high ornate ceilings Baltic pine floorboards double carport large paved outside entertainment area and vegetable garden.The home is fully furnished apart from the available room. We have most electronic and white goods; washing machine dryer microwave TV etc.I am 31 and work as a Government consultant. I spend some of my free time oil painting and use the detached rumpus room as a studio for this purpose.Bek is 26 and works as a policy officer for the Dept of Water Land and Biodiversity Conservation. Bek is a social butterfly and likes to have monthly dinner parties.We would prefer a person in our age group 25 – 35.
