Hi, we currently have a room available for rent in our large house in Prospect.
We are looking for a trustworthy, respectful, reliable female tenant to share with us. We are close to shops and public transport on Main North Rd and Prospect Rd and 15 minutes walk to O’Connell St. We are not into sitting around watching tv together, but are friendly enough to catch up and chat in the kitchen. The rent is cheap as it is divided by 4. The house is safe and clean but as it is an old house, it has ‘character’ in the form of cracks and an overgrown garden.
Room- Large room, at the front of the house, no built in wardrobe, high ceiling.
House – Large kitchen/dining area with two fridges, large garden/outdoor area, Lounge room with air con, couch and tv available for use, washing machine available aswell.
Viewing available from Wed 26th. No photo yet of the room as the current tenant is still in there.
