I have a room with ensuite and walk in robe for rent for 175.00 a week Paralowie area the house is big 12mths old in quiet location close to shops transport and doctors surgerys. It is roughly between 15 20mins drive into the city. I am a cheerful friendly outgoing person easy to get along with. I am clean neat and tidy but not obsessed. The house has a double lock up carport with remote roller door and securtiy within the house. Looking for someone who is honest and reliable with the rent on time. References prefered but not essential.
