Our house is located in Unley very close to public transport and the Unley shopping centre. This spacious house includes an open plan kitchen lounge and dining room garden two bathrooms reverse cycle air conditioning and ducted heating. The room available for rent is unfurnished but contains built in wardrobes. We are two professional females in our 30s and are looking for a housemate in their 30s (preferably female) who is like minded friendly and considerate. Utilities are not included in the rent and we share the cost of gas electricity and internet access (if applicable).
