We are two professional females in our 30s and are looking for a friendly considerate and like-minded housemate (male or female) preferably also in their 30s . The available room is unfurnished but contains built in wardrobes. The house is otherwise fully furnished. Rent is $180 per week with the addition of utilities wireless internet and cleaning.The current lease expires on 30 June 2013 on which date the property is to unfortunately be vacated.
