$130 per wk includes rent and all bills including wireless internet.Its a 4 bedroom house in a nice area and not far from the city. Very close to transport and shops. I am currently here with another student and looking for a housemate with the fourth bedroom to remain free (will be shared for storage etc.). 50 metres from bus stop bus takes you straight to the city (about 20 mins.). 5 mins bus ride to Uni of SA Magill Campus. 5 mins walk to shops. National Park and Fourth Creek Trail only short walk away. House is fully furnished with nice furniture and is quite spacious. It has hardwood floors and ducted air-con. There is broadband wireless internet.I am looking for a chilled out and fun housemate who is prepared to contribute to house hold chores.
