Hi I am a 34 year old male, who has gone back to study accounting.

I have 1 room available for rent in the house I am leasing in the quite friendly neighbourhood of Rostrevor from the end of June. The house is spacious and so too are the rooms, not crammed together in one corner of the house. two are separated by the bathroom and the other is on the other side of the house. The room comes with use of the study as well. There is an extra toilet, AC and lounge heater, excellent front balcony, and off street parking.

All welcome to apply, and price and location will suit students very well, especially if studying at Magill as we are only a short distance from the campus and 15-20 minutes drive to the city outside of peak hours. The rooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.

It’s cool if you smoke, but just outside.

Rent is $120 ex bills plus bond.
