We have just signed the new lease for a 12 month period and are moving in between the 30th May and the 1st of June.
The house has 4 double sized bedrooms, measuring at least 3.6mx3.6m, with ducted aircon and wireless internet, modern kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher, open plan communal area, modern bathroom with separate laundry, second toilet and large backyard.
We have been living in a similar share house in Norwood for 3 years, but unfortunately the owners have decided to sell.
The house will be fully furnished apart from the available bedroom.
