We have a furnished single room available in a share house only 5 minutes from the city there is a bus stop around the corner which is a 10 min go zone into the city its also really close to a Marden shopping centre where there is a woolworths post office fruit and veg restaurants and heaps more specialty shops. Really convenient location!The rent is $130 p/w which includes ADSLl 2+ internet. The room has a wardrobe desk chair and a Queen bed and if necessary linen and high ceilings. .The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need. There is a nice outdoor sitting area at the back and lawn and trees at the front. There is also undercover off street parking available. The other housemates are workers and students looking for sociable housemate but someone who also respects privacy.Workers or Uni Students only and longer term stays preferred.
