Upstairs secured apartment block occupied by professional tenants. Modern premesis has an open main living area (kitchen dining and lounge) which leads out onto a balcony outdoor barbecue area. Also really nice and spacious bathrooms. Household is kept clean and in order. Housemates are 2 females: Anna and Brooke. Anna works in retail management loves her coffee (we have a Nespresso machine yes!) to cook and hit the gym regularly. Brooke works in hospitality and loves to get out and about. Were both very friendly and social. however it is generally a quiet house where we each have our routines. A drink and tunes on the weekend is most welcome though but no house parties .) We have the best dynamic with our awesome housemate but hes moving on to embark on new business opportunities. Hes leaving big shoes to fill but we have hope to find someone equally as awesome
