I am a female student in my 20s looking to share with two other responsible similar aged people male or female. The house is just one block from The Parade so buses are very accessible. There is on street parking with need to apply for a residents permit from the council.Living furniture would be welcome but not absolutely necessary. Mine is minimal and mismatched having just moved from another shared home. Both bedrooms would fit a double bed. Intention to stay for 12 months is important.Photos soon.
