I am a 27yo male professional looking for a housemate to move into a rental property at Mitcham. My previous housemate has moved out already so the room is available now.

The house has 2 bedrooms(with built in wardrobes), lounge room, large kitchen, study, bathroom, laundry and an extra large hallway. The house is fully furnished with the exception of the spare bedroom. It is in a quiet neighborhood and does not have houses close on either side or at the back so it is quite private. The closest train station is a 10-15 minute walk away and the nearest bus route closer.
Rent is $160 per week plus utilities. Bond is about $600 Wifi I provide for free (within reason).

About me:
I am easy going, have a good sense of humour and have cat called Henry. I am reasonably quiet but sociable. I work full time(Mon-Fri) and as a part of my job travel sporadically (anywhere from a night to over a week). I am away roughly 20% of the time.

About you:
Male or female, aged 20ish-35ish. Able to pay rent(on-time), is reasonably tidy and is willing to do their fair share of housework.
