I am a 25 year old male looking for a flat mate to share a decent sized house with me in a quiet location in Mitcham. 15 min drive from city and 5 min walk from train station.The house is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with a lounge room laundry study and a large kitchen. There are no houses bordering the yards so there is effectively no neighbors.Rent is $155 a week plus utilities and want someone to move in from the 19th of Feb to the end of Feb or at the latest early March.I am quiet but friendly and social easy going and respect the privacy of others. I enjoy reading watching movies hanging out with friends playing cards and games and tinkering with and inventing things. I also have my cat living with me.I am looking to share with someone who is also easy going and willing to do their share of the housework. I dont care if you are male or female studying or working Australian or international but would prefer someone who is 18-30 with a friendly personality.
