Im about to move into an apartment in Maylands (between St Peters and Norwood just off Magill Road) and need a room mate. The entire apartment will be fully furnished with a big huge LCD dvd over 800 dvds couch everything all you need to do is bring your lovely self and a bed!Im not sure about the price of utilities yet as I dont have in till the end of the month so that is just a ballpark figure. I doubt it will actually be that high. And although Im listed as a smoker I would never smoke inside the house. There isnt a carpark either but plenty of street parking is available.Im 19 female and am currently studying Media Arts at Magill Im an ex-Wildy girl and am just looking for someone around my age that may be having trouble finding somewhere to move out as well because of how young they are. I wont be having big parties at the place but I do like to have friends round and youre most welcome to as well so if this suits you drop me a line!
