Hey there!I am desperate to find someone to take over my half of the lease of a gorgeous spacious unit in Magill. My circumstances have changed and I need to move back home with my parents.My housemates name is Olivia she is 20 and really lovely to live with. The unit is quite big and has a gorgeous outdoor area. Looking for someone who is reliable friendly responsible and clean.The house is pretty much furnished and there are 2 bedrooms you can use.Rent is $145 a week and gas electricity and water are paid quarterly. (they arent very much we have paid all the connection fees etc)There is gas ducted heating and evaporative air conditioner.Please call me if you are interested!
