I currently live with my housemate Olivia in a 3 bedroom homette in Magill. She has the master bedroom and I have the two smaller bedrooms. Its really spacious and tidy with a really nice outdoor area. I unfortunately have to move back home so we need someone to move in asap. There is evaporative air con and gas ducted heating a dishwasher fridge and I am willing to let you guys use my washing machine until I need it (which wont be for a while)The rent is $290 a week but we split it $145 each. We only took out the lease at the end of December so there is still 10 months left. There will be the possibility to renew at the end as well if the place is looked after.
