Very nice quiet area train and bus to the city Flinders uni a short bus or drive away.You would be living with 2 cool guys (cousins) renting the house from my parents. I am a lawyer and my cousin is a chef. We are rarely at home and very rarely at the same time given our (opposite) working times. About you: we would like somebody easy going and that we get along with. Somebody who is respectful and quiet when other people are sleeping is a must! Sorry no crazy mid week parties! Despite it being a boys house we keep it very clean so would expect the same from our housemate. Would particularly suit a student (international students welcome) or similar..
