Hey Im leaving the country and need to find someone to fill my room in a big share house in Kensi Gardens close to Magill Rd (bus 106) but in a quiet court with off street parking.The room is small ( 4 x 3 ish BIR) but the house is huge with A huge Lounge a huge Bar and a huge study…oh and a huge balcony for summer drinks (planning ahead). There is also a large backyard for bbqs.Currently there is three students living in the house (other than myself) and is generally quiet but good times are welcome ! Its a look after yourself kinda deal no one will eat your food or touch your stuff and do your own dishes. easy as.Looking for someone to take the room in 2 weeks or so.cheers Josh
