My contract with work finishes on the 27 Jan. My room should be available on the 4th Feb. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Its a double story with an amazing view from the balcony. One housemate has just completed her nursing degree while the other two have completed their psycology degrees. We all get along like family. The house is a great home to live in. Everyone is clean and respectful with a healthy balance or work study and play. I will be looking for someone to fit in well in in this house. My room is massive the biggest in the house. It has a 4m long wardrobe along one wall a private bathroom with bath and opens to a huge balcony with a nice view of the hills. I dont want to leave but I am pregnant and its time for me to move on. Cheap rent and share bills between four. A six week rent advance is required as bond for the room then your name will be transferred to the bond lodging. We deal with a real estate and they know we are a share house. So long as we keep them in the loop and rent transferred every 2 weeks then it runs really well. No travellers please
