The house is fully furnished but you will be required to supply your own bed, bedside table etc (there is a built in wardrobe).
Rent is $140 a week plus approximately $40 a month in gas/electricity bills. Food bills can be split or done individually.
The unit is recently renovated and in a quiet cluster of 12 others, in a quaint setting of trees and gardens near Norwood/Payneham/St Peters. It is a 5 minute drive away from both Woolworths, Coles, Petrol and other specialty shops. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and a direct 10 minute trip to the Uni.
I am a first year Bachelor of Laws student at Adelaide Uni. I am outgoing and like to have fun, however I am also neat and tidy, and study hard during the week.
