We are two 24 year old males both with full-time employment looking for a housemate to share our large three bedroom place at Highgate. The house is just five minutes from the CBD close to Norwood and the Freeway. Ideally we are looking for someone to move in for 12 months. The house has a large lounge dining and kitchen area as well as an outdoor deck which is perfect for socialising. The house is fully furnished and there is plenty of car parking space available as well as extra storage room if you have some furniture that will need a place to stay. The house also has ducted air conditioning throughout.The available bedroom is unfurnished but there is enough space in it for a queen-size bed cupboards and a desk. We are more than happy to share the cost of our broadband connection if you would also like access to the internet. The house is kept quite clean and we like to share cooking and cleaning responsibilities. We are not anal about cleaning but just like to have a tidy place. We are social people who enjoy being active and going out with friends and would prefer to live with someone who is equally outgoing and sociable and someone who is willing to share the household responsibilities with us.
