We are looking for persons in reliable work or study to keep the place in good order. We hope that 3 (or 4 if there is a couple) people will be able to share the space and still have some privacy.The 2 front bedrooms are old but spacious; they have a lounge and a new but small bathroom. The back bedroom is new comes with a large lounge area and bathroom -suitable for two or one who wants to pay a bit more than a single person. The kitchen and dining area are to be shared.Furniture can be supplied. There is a fridge and WM. Off street parking for at least two cars. Outside area for sitting.Minimal watering required. Would like to meet clients for a viewing first.
