There is also plenty of room for entertaining guests with comfortable couches on an open balcony/veranda out the front – and a large lounge room c in the middle of the house at the end of the hallway, all of which gives the house a perfect balance of private space on the one hand and social space on the other.

The kitchen is also spacious and fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven and stove, as well as blenders, toasters, etc… for all your cooking needs.

Foxtel, ADSL wireless Internet access, electricity, gas and water are included in the rent ($135/week + 4 weeks bond) and there is also an all night 24/7 service station 1 minute walk away for your convenience…
