Beautiful house in goodwood high ceilings polished floorboards good sized bedrooms and living room. 2 unfurnished bedrooms available for rent and bills/internet would be split equally between 3 housemates. ($25 is just an estimate based on normal power usage). Living room furniture belonged to tenant who is moving out so I have some items that I will get out of storage but if you have any furniture youd like to use happy to discuss options. I dont have a car so theres enough parking space for the two other potential roommates. Nice verandah to chill out under in the front yard and large backyard.Im a 32 yr old female working in retail studying photography and doing dance training several times a week. Im a friendly laid back person and would like someone of a similar nature but as long as youre tidy and pay rent/bills on time thats cool with me. I would like someone who can move in asap as I will only take over the lease from a previous tenant if I can find 2 people in time and would prefer someone whos keen to sign on for a year (would consider 6 months though – maybe if youre awesome .D)
