I have a three bedroom Californian Bungalow opposite a large park in a quiet area close to the city. Close to transport, shopping mall, restaurants and cinema. Undercover parking. Short term tenant OK. Couples OK for short term. I do have two rooms if there are two people travelling together.

The fully furnished house includes dining room and lounge, family / TV room, outside entertaining area, reverse cycle airconditioning and gas fireplace. Fans in bedrooms. TV in bedroom. Second loo. The room is fully furnished, includes a built in wardrobe and linen is provided. All bills included – electricity, gas, water, internet and phone (not calls), household cleaning items and some other groceries eg tea, coffee, condiments, butter, oils etc will be included.

I have a pretty relaxed life and I’m easy going. A student studying for a semester at Uni would be great or someone working short term in Adelaide.
