Recently renovated old country home with brand new S/S appliances. Amazing views and 10 minutes from Angaston. Spacious lounge/dining and kitchen all white goods and TV/DVD player in lounge. Bond of $500 and rent 2 weeks in advance. There is no gym however acres and acres to run which is what I try to do regularly.Bills are approximately $10 to $15 per week. This will vary in winter due to an open fire where my fire wood is supplied. My lease expires in September 2011 however I will be extending this for another 12 months.This is a rural setting however nothing is too far in the Barossa Valley.Please contact if you would like more info inspections welcome.I work within the wine industry enjoy cooking and the odd glass of wine (cellar growing).I like to recycle cause it makes me feel like I am contributing and the only thing I ask is to help out occasionally by taking the bins down to the main road. No pets however there are ample rabbits kangaroos foxes and birds to keep the place company.I am fairly busy and keep to myself mainly but enjoy a good conversation and a cuppa if it comes up! I am open-minded friendly and considerate.
