Looking for one other to share, clean house, maybe a little messy at times! but clean! Rent & utilities negotiable fully furnished home apart from spare bedroom, can be furnished. Prefer shorter term house share as have usually lived alone. Am a private person, not a party animal, but do know how to have fun. I enjoy a nice wine with a nice meal, good conversation is always warmly welcomed! Would prefer someone who likes to share, such as food, etc, i am pretty laid back person.
