House located in very quiet neighbourhood. Despite tranquility it is *very* close to transport links, shops / pubs and hospital. 15 – 20 mins walk through park & university into Adelaide City CBD or 5 mins by bus.

Room carpeted, furnished with queen sized bed with quality firm matress & built in wardrobes. Plenty of natural light, high ceilings & individual airconditioner. Room approx 3.3m x 4.0m. Plenty of storage around house. Another small room available as study or guest room.

Water + unlimited wireless Internet inclusive + access to home grown produce (sorry, this died off during the winter) + home made dinner every now and again. (I like to cook).

Other amenities in the house include. moden kitchen appliances, fridge freezer, electric cooker / oven, washing machine, dish washer, TV & DVD. Small front and rear yards. Shared bathroom with new separate shower & bath. Additional downstairs toilet.

Suit domesticated professional, mature student, etc, who appreciates comfort and is not afraid to muck in. There are responsibilities to living here – its a nice house & I’d like to keep it that way. =)

Couples OK for short term only (at premium). Sorry, no pets. This is a non-smoking household. (I don’t make the rules – it is contractual). Deposit / bond required.

Share with one multilingual professional male from UK whom travels on occasion and who’s philosophy is that a home should be a place of refuge from the stress of life. Prefer to live as a household rather than strangers in a hostel.
