Hello I am renting myself and am looking for someone to share.The house is a lovely Heritage listed courtyard home so…. close to the city.It is Air Conditioned and fully furnished with a great little entertaining area out side.The bed room available is very large – enough to have your own T.V. and computer in there if you wish. The only furniture you would need to supply is for your own bed room. I have a little dog and a cat and am devoted to them. I do run a business from home also. I would like someone who is independent and leads their own lives who I get along well with.
