Hi! My housemate is moving interstate so theres an opportunity for the right person to move into a semi-detatched cottage just behind Melbourne Street in North Adelaide… Good location!! Walking distance to Adelaide University town North Adelaide restaurants and night life at pretty cheap rent. Public transport is close by and on street parking is available. The room is big and we have a yard for outdoor dining (will probably need to wait for the weather to improve ).I work 9-5 Im fairly quiet easy to get along with and good with housework most of the time! I go travelling and camping from time to time and play sport most nights of the week.
