The apartment is fully furnished also. The price for the room is $190/week including utilities.There is a carpark also available in the building for $40/week – this is optional you do not have to rent it if you dont want to.The girl who lives in the other room in this apartment is a student so wants to stay for a number of years and is very easy going and great to get along with.This is a great room in a prime location!
