Hi, I am looking for a new housemate as the current ones are going overseas. The room is available from the 8th of July, but the date is a bit flexible.
The room and the house are fully furnished (bed, in built wardrobe, dish washer, washing machine, dryer etc..) there is also a garage that fits a small car.
The rent is 230 per week (does not include utilities). The location is really convenient: it is at the cross Halifax – King William street and it is just 2 minutes by foot to the free tram stop.
If you like the house, you will be sharing it with me. I am 32 yo, easy-going and I work full time. I hope to meet you soon.
